Match result probabilities
Home, draw and away probability for every match. Expressed as percentages that sum to 100.
First-half probabilities
A separate probability distribution for the first-half result. Computed independently of the full-time distribution.
Daily analysis sets
Groups compiled from the day's fixture list. Each set carries its own publication time and validity window.
What a probability means, and what it does not
We publish a number. Misreading what that number means is a bigger mistake than the number itself.
What it means
- 65% means we expect that outcome to happen in roughly 65 out of 100 comparable matches.
- We also expect it not to happen in roughly 35 of those 100. That is not a model failure; that is the definition of probability.
- It can be used to compare two matches. The gap between 65% and 40% is a measurable gap.
What it does not mean
- It does not mean we know the result of a single match. High-probability outcomes lose too.
- It does not mean a bet is profitable. Profitability depends on a betting price we do not publish.
- It does not mean we are more accurate than a bookmaker's price. We make no such claim.
What we do not do
These sit outside the product. Not features postponed for later — features that will never exist.
- We do not accept bets and we do not operate betting.
- We hold no money or balance and we broker no payments.
- We provide no links, coupons or referrals to bookmakers.
- We do not use the words profit, yield, “value bet” or “lock of the day”.
- We give no investment advice and no financial advice.
- We do not show an unmeasured hit rate.
Record transparency
Every figure on the record page is computed from settled publication rows held in the system. When there are no settled rows the page says so; it does not invent a number to fill the space.
- Unsuccessful predictions are never deleted from the record.
- Nothing is corrected retroactively; a published row stays as published.
- A past measurement does not predict future accuracy.
