How to ask for deletion

From the FutMind app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. On the Profile screen, tap “Delete My Account”.
3. Type the confirmation word and send the request. It is recorded with its date and you are signed out.

There is no button on this website that deletes an account. Signing out does not delete it.

When it is deleted

It is deleted within 30 days of the deletion request at the latest, and it leaves the server backups before those 30 days are up. We tell you in writing what was deleted and what the law requires us to keep.

If you have a subscription

A deletion request also stops a subscription started on the website; if it cannot be stopped, the request is not taken and you are asked to cancel first. Cancel a subscription started in an app store in that store before you ask for deletion; deleting the account does not stop a store subscription.

What is deleted

• Name and e-mail address
• Password hash, sessions and device records
• The subscription status and usage records tied to the account

Records the law requires us to keep

Access to these records is restricted and they are used for nothing else. When the period ends they are deleted or made anonymous.

• Invoice and accounting records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82)
• Payment transaction records: 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82)
• The record of your deletion request and our answer: 3 years from the date of the answer

The periods are the same as the retention table in the Privacy Policy. If the two ever differ, the policy text prevails.
