Cancelling a subscription
For a subscription started on the website, the path is: Account › My subscription › Cancel subscription. You do not need to write to support.
After cancelling, your access continues to the end of the current monthly period. On the yearly plan the full months after the cancellation date are refunded within 15 days; on the monthly plan the month already started is not refunded.
A subscription started in an app store (App Store or Google Play) is cancelled from that store's subscription settings.
Deleting an account
You can have your account and the data tied to it deleted. The steps, and the records the law requires us to keep, are on a separate page.
