Cancelling a subscription
For a subscription started on the website, the path is: Account › My subscription › Cancel subscription. You do not need to write to support.
After you cancel, your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for; nothing is charged for the next period.
A subscription started in an app store (App Store or Google Play) is cancelled from that store's subscription settings.
Deleting an account
You can have your account and the data tied to it deleted. The steps, and the records the law requires us to keep, are on a separate page.
